Brooks is a commercial agent specializing in representing tenants in the renewal, relocation, or expansion of their commercial space. He and his partner Rebecca Kuhl also represent investors and users in the purchase or sale of commercial property, including 1031 Exchanges. They utilize experience, market knowledge and time-tested processes that result in saving time, money and the overall best terms possible for their clients.

He got his start in commercial real estate in 2007 doing landlord representation in the Downtown and Lower Bricktown areas of Oklahoma City, OK. Brooks learned a great deal from developer Randy Hogan who was the chief developer and pioneer of Lower Bricktown. This was an exciting time for Brooks. Oklahoma City was beginning to see a resurgence in its downtown and particularly in the Bricktown area, with the announcement that the city would be getting an NBA team in the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Brooks has a varied background as well. He received his Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Gerontology and Mental Health. He is passionate about aging, longevity, and mental health and continues to advocate for older adults. He is also a cardholding member of the Screen Actors Guild. He is still an active member of the Guild and continues to support film and theater in the Dallas and Oklahoma City communities. As of 2023, he currently serves on the Dallas Children’s Theater Board of Directors.
